Sales is marketing! Marketing isn't sales! I truly believe that the sales and marketing world work together in a symbiotic way. But let's be clear we have defined and different objectives. Sales is paramount in any organization. No sales, no business! But marketing is the heartbeat of any business. You need to market your product or services in order to generate revenue and grow! Being in the sales and marketing world for the last sixteen years, I am still learning how to adapt my sales and marketing skillsets. To continue to grow and align with the ever-evolving AI world, I stand firm in my belief that sales and marketing must continue to work not in silos but in cohesion.
